MAKE AN ENQUIRY
Use our enquiry form below to contact us and we request an information pack. Once received a member of the Wholistic team will be in touch at a suitable time to explain the process.
We’ll pay a visit to you at home to learn more about you. We'll also learn about your family and your home. This is a chance for you to ask us any questions in person. If you want to proceed with us, we can then complete the paperwork required to get the process started.
We'll need to get your application filled in which you can do online - at this point, your officially an stage 1 applicant.
You’ll be invited to attend a mandatory pre-approval training course that gives you important details as well as useful insight into what to expect as a foster carer.
After you’ve successfully finishing the course, you’ll be allocated your assessor who will begin your Form F Assessment. This in-depth information-gathering process will inform the application report that will be submitted to an independent Fostering Panel for review.
Now, your completed application report goes to a group of fostering, educational and care professionals, known as a Fostering Panel. The panel will review, talk to you and make a recommendation to the ADM (Agency Decision Maker)
After your pre-approval training course has been completed and the ADM has approved your application, you’ll be ready for your first child. Congratulations - you are now a foster carer.
